• PLC programming control, touch screen operation.
• Unwinding adopts pneumatic shaft, magnetic powder brake tension, and automatic tension control.
• The main traction is controlled by 1.0KW servo motor with a precision planetary reducer, and the lower polishing roller and upper rubber roller for feeding.
• The paper tube is fixed by the rubber strip expansion axis, servo motor torque mode to control the tension precisely.
• Automatic four-axis exchange, automatic cutting of materials, automatic loading of paper tubes, automatic unloading of finished products, and fully automatic production. Worker only loads the raw materials.
• When not combined with tape, the inner paper core and the material are bonded with double-sided tape or spray glue to achieve continuous automatic bonding.
• The finish roll is sealed with coated paper labels automatically or with selected tapes.
• The overturn is controlled by an open-loop servo motor, and the pulse + photoelectric dual positioning to make the overturn position accurately.
• Ultrasonic EPC, and the DC brushless servo drive to ensure the flatness of the end surface of the finish rolls.
• The encoder calculates the length precisely, the winding length can be set arbitrarily, and the mechanical accuracy of the length is controlled at +1cm.
