Features

• PLC control and one time can set several cutting size; touch screen operation can set the parameters and function directly.
• Adopt automatic cooling system to avoid glue stick to the blade and make sure cutting edge tidy.
• Cutting width and knife feeding are controlled by servo motor and with the precise ball screw and guide rail for precise movement.
• The circular blade angle is controlled by servo motor and when the cutting surface is not smooth then the cutting angle adjusted accordingly to make sure the cutting products perfect.
• The number of knife feeding and cutting time can be set; it is possible to reduce friction time between blade and material without using a coolant and prevent blade overheat to destroy the material, and also leave the enough time for the blade cooling naturally.
